Dr. Xiao helped me to have a 2nd child. I was having problems with multiple miscarriages after giving birth to my first child. I desperately wanted a 2nd child, so I went to specialist after specialist. Each of them tested me and told me there was nothing wrong, that the miscarriages were just bad luck. By divine intervention, I found Dr. Xiao. She assured me that it was possible to have another child, and that we just needed to strengthen and balance my body. She prescribed herbal medicine, for before and during the first few months of my pregnancy. With my miscarriages, I never made it past the 8th week of pregnancy. So, when I passed the 8th week while taking the herbal medicine, I rejoiced and continued to cross my fingers. I diligently continued to take the herbs up until the 4th month of pregnancy, which was sometimes hard since I had morning sickness my first trimester. The effort was worth it. I’m overjoyed to say that I ended up giving birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl!! Thanks again Dr. Xiao!!!

You deserve a special thank you for all that you have given me. Early on in the program I realized you have not just a wealth of clinical experience and a deep understanding of Chinese (2nd Western!) Medicine – you are also blessed with great compassion and understanding. It is impressive and admirable that you are able to teach and lead without force, threat, coercion or insult. We follow you instead out of respect. Under your tutelage I have felt inspired to work hard and think clearly. Whenever I find myself over-thinking a case, I ask myself how you might approach it. The result is usually that treatment is more focused, clear and coherent. So I thank you for all that you’ve taught me, and hope that one-day I might again have the opportunity to study under you.

Thank you so much for helping my sinus problem. I had appointments scheduled all day today and didn't get your message until late last night- but I had some liu jun zi tang granules and added them to jing jie tea. Literally in one dose I felt much better! I took the second a little while ago and am continuing to feel better. I still have some congestion but I see a light at the end of the tunnel now.

If I'm not better tomorrow, I'll call you to make some herbal formula for me. Thanks so much for the advice! You always make it seem so simple!

By the time I came to the KJ Clinic with sciatica, I had sought medical help from many sources, with little lasting success. I found relief from pain with Kejian Xiao. She is a healer, professional and caring.

I am still her patient, seeing her far less often, with my mobility restored.

My husband and I were married for three years without child. In 2004, we went to see an infertility specialist. After many exams, the doctor encouraged us to take IVF immediately.

The result of the first IVF cycle was disappointing. We went to see Dr. Xiao right after. After several months treatment with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, I was able to get pregnant successfully through IVF.

Now, I’m a mom of a 4-month beautiful girl. I’m very grateful for everything Dr. Xiao did for me. She has done so much for me more than I ever expected.
